Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health
As a result of my own health journey, I discovered integrative medicine about 6 years ago when Western medicine did not give me the tools to find health and healing. After learning how to improve my health through nutrition, supplements, mind-body work, and touch therapies, I decided to formally learn how I could help my clients who struggled with similar issues.
My clients describe me as authentic, direct, and compassionate. I use a mind-body-social-spiritual framework to help clients find health and healing. I focus on how the impact of life’s experiences and our reaction to them impact our mind and body’s ability to cope with life’s challenges. Using a variety of techniques including CBT, polyvagal informed theory, narrative therapy, and functional medicine, I work with client’s to help them achieve their health and mental health goals.
