Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health
After eighteen years in the medical field, Sandy began the journey to become a clinical mental health counselor. She received a Master of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in 2015. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She is licensed in the state of South Carolina (License number 6895), Georgia (License number LPC012207), and is a registered Florida telehealth provider (Registration number 833). She is a certified Brainspotting practitioner. Sandy owns a private practice based in Lexington, SC.
Sandy currently works with individuals on a wide range of personal, developmental, and mental health concerns. Sandy is most passionate about trauma work, attachment issues, and issues related to spirituality. Her goal is for her clients to feel heard and to seek to create a therapeutic environment where trust, autonomy, and personal strengths are core to the therapeutic relationship.
